Ben Hopper has over 10 years experience as a voice and video specialist at companies such as Ericsson, Damovo, and for the last 4 years, Cisco. Ben’s focus has been consulting on, and developing, solutions for customers across a variety of verticals, and most recently working with Cisco’s Systems Integrator partners to help them develop solutions based on the Cisco Collaboration portfolio. Ben has also just become a father, so may look a little tired!
