Richard Osborne has worked for Cisco for 12 years. Richard has always specialised in voice and video solutions, from the heady days 12 years ago when IP Phones were loosely modelled on bricks and hold was considered a pretty snazzy feature, to the present day, when “Collaboration” solutions truly have the capability to enhance, and sometimes fundamentally change, the way business operates. At present, Richard works in partnership with the Cisco channel to evolve their offerings and the way they approach the market.
